Data Deletion

Last updated 15 October 2026

You can ask Deep End Marketing to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including anything we received through Facebook, Instagram, Google or QuickBooks when you, or a business you work with, connected an account to our platform. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

  1. Email john@deependmarketing.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the name, email address and phone number you used with us, and, if it applies, the business or ad account your information is connected to. This lets us find every record.
  3. We will confirm we received your request within 3 business days, and we may ask a short question to confirm the request really comes from you.
  4. We delete your information within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your contact details, conversations, lead form submissions and any profile or account data we received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google or QuickBooks (Intuit) that relates to you. We also remove any access tokens we hold for accounts you connected, so our platform can no longer reach them.

We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, for example invoices and payment records we must hold for tax purposes. We will tell you if anything has to be kept, and why.

Removing access you gave through Facebook

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to Deep End Marketing, you can also remove our access yourself. Go to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Deep End OS and choose Remove. Removing access stops any new data reaching us. To have what we already hold deleted, send the request above.

Removing access you gave through Google

Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Deep End Marketing and select Remove access.
